Concurrently, I navigated the complexities of womanhood, from the unsettling phase of puberty, the demands of motherhood to the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause. I’ve experienced the struggles firsthand —the fatigue, the emotional ups and downs, and the changes in my physical body.
